Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes:
• Undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items marked as “final sale”
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Return Authorization: To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at patriotspassion@gmail.ca. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs, if applicable. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- Size/Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please reach out to Customer Service. We’ll do our best to help facilitate an exchange, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange Process: To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like, and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
